We've made it as easy as possible to transfer your current telephone/landline number to Valley, simply follow these easy steps.
Submit your Port
To begin the number porting process, you must sign a porting request form and provide proof of ownership.
Loosing Provider
The port request will be sent to your loosing provider and will provide a transfer date for it to take place.
Successful Port
Usually by midday of the transfer date, the port will have been completed and your new equipment would've arrived to use.
Frequently Asked Questions
A telephone port request will usually take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, however this can sometimes vary based on the volume of submissions received.
Yes. We will add the cost of your port request to your bill if not done already. Single-line port request will incur a £19.00 charge. A Multi-line port request will incur a £29.00 charge.
Yes, however you must keep your telephony service active until your number has left our service.
